What if my product arrives damaged?
Please inspect the packaging of your items as soon as they arrive. If you notice any damage, including damage to the box, make sure to note it when signing for delivery. If you're unable to open the package at the time of delivery but suspect damage, please write "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt.
If your items are damaged upon arrival, send photos to (support@offgridoutlook.com), and we will process a replacement or refund promptly, typically within 1 business day.
