At Offgrid Outlook, we aim to make the return process as smooth as possible. Please review the following conditions and procedures before initiating a return.


Return Conditions

  • We offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging to qualify.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • If approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your item(s).

  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping.

  • If the return is due to customer remorse (e.g., changed mind), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.


Restocking Fee

  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned items.

  • Returns are accepted by mail only — we do not accept in-person returns.


Return Labels

  • If you are returning a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email support@offgridoutlook.com to receive a prepaid return label. Simply print the label and attach it to your package.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection via email.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Re-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time to officially post).

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Damages & Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.
